Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 business day to process your order when orders are placed. When your order has been picked and processed for delivery, you will receive an email stating your order is on the way. If you have placed an order but no confirmation has been received, please contact us at hello@tooeasybeverages.co.uk
If you have made an error with your orders delivery address, please contact hello@tooeasybeverages.co.uk as soon as possible so we can review shipment and adjust the delivery address.
DELIVERY:
Orders placed before 2pm, Monday-Friday will be collected same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be processed and collected the following Monday as our fulfilment centre only operates Monday-Friday.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Orders are delivered using Yodel. Flat rate shipping fee of £5 applies to orders on a 48 hour service. Flat rate delivery fee of £7 applies to orders on a 24 hour service. We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom at this time.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tooeasydrink@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
